Asya Vildt is the Director of Operations Excellence and Sustainability at inDrive. With over a decade of industry experience, Asya leads a team focused on formulating effective business strategies in ESG and sustainable development. She previously served as Head of Social and Environmental Responsibility at Leroy Merlin. Her first role in sustainability involved developing and implementing ESG strategies for a European platform of home improvement companies. Asya is deeply involved in projects that evaluate and measure social change, and assess the effectiveness of impact-oriented initiatives.

Beyond her professional commitments, Asya is passionate about outdoor activities. An avid runner, she has participated in half marathons across Budapest, Estonia, Finland, Spain, Latvia, and Italy, and completed a full marathon in Vienna. She is  a dedicated skier, regularly competing in ski marathons, and an experienced swimmer with a dream of swimming across the Bosphorus. When she's not engaged in these pursuits, Asya enjoys cinema, painting, and music.
