Brian leads the Fintech department at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), where he drives initiatives at the intersection of finance, technology, and risk management.  With a keen interest in understanding how individuals navigate financial and technological choices, Brian leverages these insights to spearhead progressive regulatory frameworks, supervisory capabilities, and develop technology-led projects that improve the fintech ecosystem in the UAE.

Before joining ADGM, Brian founded and led a payments fintech startup, held various risk management roles in banks and a Big4 firm.
