Gloria Maceiko
Gloria Maceiko is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley's high-tech sector. As the CEO and Founder of Silicon Valley Advantage, a BioTech Accelerator, Gloria has led the creation of $1.4 billion in equity value, graduating over 80 startups, including 20 led by female and minority executives. SVA attracts companies globally, with operations in Finland, Taiwan, the UK, Canada, Guatemala, and the USA.
Her extensive career includes pivotal roles in major corporations like AT&T and groundbreaking startups such as PacketStream (pre-Skype video over IP) and F-Origin (pre-iPhone touchscreen technology). Gloria has a proven track record in identifying emerging trends in high-tech and energy sectors, enabling strategic market positioning.
In addition to her role at SVA, Gloria is an active board member for SensTek, ASH Sensor, and TANA Therapeutics. She co-founded FinnSourcing, an engineering and design firm, and DirectNu Energy, focused on energy independence.
Gloria holds a bachelor’s degree from UT Arlington and a master’s in engineering management from National Technological University. She has been recognized with the TWIN Award for Distinguished Silicon Valley Women in Industry and a Lifetime Achievement Award from UT Arlington. Fluent in three languages, Gloria has traveled to over 55 countries and continues to mentor women in technology and advise startups and universities globally.
