Jatin Ondhia, CEO of Shojin, is a veteran capital market and property professional with over 20 years of experience. His career began at UBS as an investment banker in London and New York, where he helped institutional clients optimise portfolios using advanced quantitative models. Jatin has worked with major clients like Banco Santander and Goldman Sachs on transactions ranging from £100m to £5bn. In 2009, he founded Shojin to democratize access to lucrative property deals. The Shojin digital platform, launched in 2017, now allows investors from over 50 countries to invest and manage portfolios online. With offices in London and partnerships in Hong Kong and East Africa, Shojin is set to fund projects valued over £50m in 2024 and aims to grow its investor base to over 1,000.
