Omosalewa Adeyemi, often called “O” is a seasoned executive leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic development to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Currently as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Expansion & Payment Partnerships, O leads global expansion initiatives that launched Flutterwave in over 20 countries, securing partnerships with 30+ financial institutions and integrating 50+ new payment methods. Previously, she led the Special Initiatives & Professional Services at Flutterwave as EVP. In the role, O optimized merchant journeys, strengthened risk and compliance protocols and empowered technical sales teams.

O holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. With a background in financial analysis, risk management, and process optimization, O has demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, building and mentoring high-performance teams and forging strong stakeholder relationships.
