Sergey leads Elcoin's strategic and operational activities, with a focus on building an ecosystem of cross-industry alliances and partnerships. He is also involved in business transformation consulting for FinTech teams and commercial organisations. Under his leadership, Elcoin has transformed its presence beyond the financial sector into the landscape of banking software and PSP (Payment Service Provider) markets.

Before joining Elcoin, Sergey worked in the aerospace industry, contributing to cross-functional initiatives in production and quality management at ALCOA Inc. and several regional air transportation companies. His experience also includes academic research, having participated in various post-graduate aerospace research studies at Queen Mary University of London.
