Shahrukh is the Co-founder of Aura, a UAE-based fintech building innovative credit solutions to help SMEs improve their cash flow.

Shahrukh has a decade of experience in the tech industry. After starting his career in Silicon Valley with Symantec, Shahrukh has worked in product, marketing, and growth roles at some of the region's most prominent startups.

At Daraz, Shahrukh was a product manager and subsequently led their web development team. After moving to the UAE, Shahrukh held various roles with Careem including with the Early Stage Markets & Products team, where he helped launch the service in several cities across the MENA region. He also worked on the launch of, and led marketing for, Careem's food delivery vertical.

Most recently, Shahrukh was the Director of Growth & Marketing at Careem Pay, Careem's fintech vertical, where he built Careem Pay's demand function and led the launch of its suite of B2C & B2B products.
